We teach the Yangs style short form and chi kung (breath work) within the lesson.

Classes are held every Thursday at Coronation Hall, Stoke Road, Bletchley, in Milton Keynes from 2.30-3.30 pm beginners and 2.30-4.00pm. for intermediates.


Please contact us for further information about seated tai chi and chi kung classes in your area. We offer Reiki training in all levels ranging from first to third degree (master level) in the Usui system of Reiki healing.

All first degree courses are taught over two days, allowing plenty of time for practice. Second degree courses are normally taught in one day but if more time is needed then it will be arranged at no extra cost to the student. We believe that it is important that the student completes the course with the confidence to practice all the techniques associated with second degree. We teach the third degree in Reiki to students who have a good understanding of first and second degree Reiki. This is not a level to be taken lightly in Reiki.

Margaret is a fully qualified meditation teacher and is available for small group or individual tuition. Margaret is also a qualified crystal therapist, treatments or tuition is available on request.
