We teach tai chi in other sectors of the community, which we find very rewarding.
We also give tai chi taster sessions to local groups so that they may experience a flavour of the art.
We teach on a one to one or small group basis, this is by arrangement and it can be a quicker route to picking up the main principles of tai chi.
We run regular workshops, both for beginners and intermediate students. They are either a half or full day course on a Saturday and are held at Woolstone Community Centre. These workshops are particularly good for students new to tai chi as it gives them the opportunity to immerse themselves in the artform for a full day and experience some of the magic of tai chi.
