    Tai Chi Classes

I run two classes at the moment, one at Coronation Hall,3 Stoke Road, Bletchley, MK2 3AB. This is on a Thursday at 4pm to 5pm. It is a small friendly and informal class which is suitable for all ages. I teach both seated and standing tai chi techniques making it suitable for everyone regardless of their physical limitations. I encourage any potential tai chi student to come along for a free session to either of my classes to experience tai chi without any initial commitment.

My other class is at Woolstone Community Centre, Mill Lane, Woolstone, Milton Keynes, MK15 0AJ. It is a delightful 13th century church which also doubles as the local community centre. It is in peaceful, tranquil surroundings and is perfect for tai chi practise. I run the class on a Friday at 7pm to 8pm. It is a very relaxed and informal class suitable for both seated and standing students. You the student choose the pace that you would like to learn at,the emphasis is on relaxation and enjoyment of the artform.

I also teach on a one to one or small group basis, this is by arrangement and it can be a quicker route to picking up the main principles of tai chi.
I also run regular workshops, both for beginners and intermediate students. They are either a half or full day course on a Saturday and are held at Woolstone Community Centre. These workshops are particularly good for students new to tai chi as it gives them the opportunity to immerse themselves in the artform for a full day and experience some of the magic of tai chi.

I also teach tai chi in other sectors of the community, which I find very rewarding.
I also give tai chi taster sessions to local groups so that they may experience a flavour of the art.
